Walking and Wellness is an 8-week fitness walking program. Watch your fitness level increase week by week as you follow a progressive fitness walking program. You will learn the basics of healthy eating and be encouraged to set personal goals in exercise, nutrition and wellness. All levels of walkers are welcome! |
