Come and learn to run with us! New Runners is my popular 10-week run/walk program for the complete beginner. This clinic provides all the information and skills needed to start a safe running program. Each week includes an exercise and nutrition topic, plus a weekly clinic run/walk. Runners are required to run an additional 2 times between clinic days in this gentle run/walk program. |
