Can you run 5K, and want to take it to
the next level? This fun 8-week run/walk
program gives you the info and training
to progress to the 10K distance.

Each week includes an exercise and
nutrition topic, and a weekly clinic
run/walk. Runners are required to
complete an additional 2 runs on their
own between clinic days.
